Terms of Service for Arrays
Last updated: September 23, 2026
1. Agreement
Arrays is made by Pina Colada Games. By downloading, opening or playing the game — on a phone or in a browser at arraysasgame.com — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Arrays is still in development. Levels, rules and features change, and some of what you see today may work differently or disappear tomorrow.
2. Your Licence to Play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Arrays for your own enjoyment. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the game, take it apart to extract its levels or artwork, or pass it off as your own.
The game itself — its code, artwork, sound, levels and the Arrays name — stays ours.
3. Your Account
You can play without an account. If you create one, or sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for keeping access to it safe, and for what happens under it.
Please give accurate information and one account per person. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
4. Fair Play
Play the game as it is meant to be played. That means no:
- cheating, automation or modified clients
- tampering with scores, leaderboards or your progress
- interfering with our servers or other players
- offensive or impersonating usernames
We may reset a score, remove an entry from a leaderboard, or close an account that does these things.
5. Coins, Tokens and Rewarded Ads
Arrays has two kinds of in-game currency. Coins are the only thing the game sells for real money. Tokens, hints and other in-game items are bought with coins, not with money, and you also earn them by playing or by watching an optional rewarded ad.
Neither coins nor tokens are money. They have no value outside the game: they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or refunded once spent. We may change what coins buy, what items cost, and what they unlock as the game develops.
Coin purchases go through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its rules rather than ours, so a refund request goes to them.
Rewarded ads are optional — you decide whether to watch one. If an ad fails to load or does not finish, no reward is given; that is how the ad network works, not a fault you need to report.
6. Third-Party Services
Arrays relies on Unity Gaming Services, Unity Ads, and sign-in from Apple and Google. Your use of the game is also subject to their terms, and we cannot control what they do or guarantee that they stay available. They are listed in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep Arrays running, but we do not promise it will always be available, or free of faults. We may change the game, pause a feature, reset development data, or stop the service altogether. If we shut the game down for good, we will say so on arraysasgame.com beforehand where we reasonably can.
8. Liability
Arrays is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, lost tokens, or any indirect loss arising from playing the game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not take away.
9. Children
Arrays is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you are under the age at which you can agree to terms yourself, please play only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the game grows. The date at the top always shows the current version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
